Yemen’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites

I know of lots of specific things/place that are World Heritage sites like Stonehenge and the Taj Mahal, but I didn’t know whole cities, and even an archapelago(!) could be too.

Yemen’s Include: Historic Town of Zabid
Old City of Sana’a
Old Walled City of Shibam
Socotra Archipelago

It’s also important to note that all three of the cities are included in the “53 properties which the World Heritage Committee has decided to include on the List of World Heritage in danger.” You can read about that here.
